Items will ship between 2-4 business days after purchase. A confirmation will be sent once shipped.
If you are hoping to receive your items by a specific date and have selected an express shipping service from one of the carriers, please make sure and write a note within the “notes” section when checking out. Enter the date that you are hoping to receive the items by. Please follow up with an email ([email protected]) or fill out the form on the CONTACT page. I will follow up with the options and double check the delivery timing.
What happens if you receive your pottery and it’s broken?
This is a rare thing for me now-a-days but it does happen! If pottery arrives broken, please take photos of the pottery and send them to me and I will file a claim with USPS. Please keep the broken pottery until further notice. I can replace the pottery or issue a refund. You can email me at [email protected].
In your shipping package, you might see bubble wrap, foam, air pillows or possibly peanuts. If you do, this packaging has been reused. I’m not actively buying these packaging options but will reuse them. If you have sources that you like to use for eco-friendly packaging materials, I’m all ears!
